  • This is a Remote based role (ignore the location listed as Lubbock TX), this role can be stationed anywhere inside the Continental United States, with preference in the Central Time Zone*
United Uptime Services, a fast-growing leader in the EV (electric vehicle) charging station & petroleum services industry, is looking for experienced, savvy, high performing EV Installation Project Manager for a remote role in the United States! In this role you will be selling EV related charging equipment, maintenance services, as well as installation EV charging station new builds and retrofit projects.

What You Will Do:
The Installation Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing multiple construction projects from initiation to completion. The PM will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. The role requires proactive coordination with various teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and successful outcomes. The Installation Project Manager will report directly to the Branch Manager and Region Installation Leader. This role affords the opportunity to have a significant impact on the future of United Uptime as it continues to grow rapidly both organically as well as through acquisitions.

How You Will Do It:
  • Complies with all safety policies and procedures as outlined in the D&H employee and safety handbooks
  • Plan and manage all phases of multiple installation projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders of assigned projects
  • Utilizes a variety of tools to ensure the scope of projects are met
  • Follows all processes as outlined within company Standard Operating Procedures
  • Identifies risks/opportunities through interpretation of contracts, onsite conditions, and feedback from field
  • Manages job costs in a proactive manner and provides accurate financial forecasting
  • Maintains and updates project schedules throughout the lifecycle of the assigned projects
  • Partners with Installation Managers to discuss project’s progress, issues, and action/recovery plans
  • Aligns with Sales team to ensure accurate costing of new project bids and ensures book orders contain the expenses and labor hours necessary to meet expected profit margins
  • Procures jobsite materials in a timely manner (subcontractor and vendors)
  • Generates monthly closeout reports and projecting profits and loss
  • Navigates all internal process and systems to create the highest level of efficiency on all projects
  • Completes miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of EV (electric vehicle) charging station, petroleum or commercial construction project management experience
  • Report writing and strategic planning skills
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and persuasion
  • Troubleshooting skills/logical problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer relations skills and be able to communicate effectively both internally and externally, written, verbal, and non-verbal
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor, and develop customer relations and superior service
  • Technology-savvy - experience with CAD Software, CRM, project tracking tools, basic computer skills and aptitude to learn new software
  • Able to create reporting around costing data
  • Good work ethic; integrity, critical thinking, decision-making, and judgment
  • Work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to travel extensively 50%-75% of the time
