Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top performance by performing routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, clear communication, and education on system maintenance.
  • Accurately document services performed and recommendations made through proper forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Adhere to Service Champions’ quality and safety standards while fulfilling commitments.
  • Continuously update your job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and embracing lifelong learning.

  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work in various climates (hot, cold, wet) depending on the weather
  • Capability to work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks daily
  • Integrity and a commitment to promoting a positive company image
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required
  • Prior sales experience highly desired
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Results-driven in a high-energy environment

Additional Information:

Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, a background check, drug test, MVR, and reference check will be conducted.

Annualized potential compensation based on individual performance: $50,000 - $65,000
