Through our success, we are looking to grow our team by adding an Entry-Level Account Manager immediately! You’ll act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring all their needs are satisfied while going above the expectations set. You’ll learn to connect with customers directly, deliver engaging presentations, and implement strategic sales techniques while representing industry-leading telecommunications brands.

We support and encourage building talent from the ground up by providing the tools, training, and mentorship needed to excel in sales and customer service. We aim to have you collaborate daily with our senior Entry-Level Account Manager teams to develop unique strategies that deliver the results we set forth. Entry-Level Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day sales, business development, and campaign management
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned sales leads, handling a variety of accounts
  • Gain in-depth product and service knowledge to address questions and overcome objections
  • Assist the sales team in achieving quarterly revenue targets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to maintain a positive and productive relationship
  • Contribute fresh ideas to foster teamwork and achieve company goals
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to learn to train new team Entry-Level Account Manager members
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships built
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders and the Entry-Level Account Manager team to stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge

Entry-Level Account Manager Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including customers, clients, and Entry-Level Account Manager teammates
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role
  • Ability to achieve goals independently and as a key member of a group
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor with the ability to connect with a wide range of individuals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
