We are seeking a Manager, Enterprise Technology, to join our Enterprise Technology Team, based in Richmond, VA, with the option of a remote work arrangement. Occasional travel to Richmond may be required.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading integration projects between SAP and other platforms with a focus on data consistency, quality, and accuracy
  • Documenting and understanding business and system process flows, including identifying financial, operational, and system controls
  • Leading multi-function design sessions and documenting business and system requirements
  • Developing technical specifications based on functional specifications
  • Defining, performing, or leading unit testing and assisting in the development of integration test scenarios, including supporting integration testing
  • Creating and documenting transport and leading the technical change management process and cutover plans for projects
  • Providing technical leadership to assist others in accomplishing work assignments
  • Troubleshooting and resolving challenging and high impact Source-To-Pay related system issues
  • Stay updated on the platform's new tools, capabilities, and updates

We want you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, finance or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise Source-To-Pay solutions
  • 6+ years of SAP ECC Procurement/Payables experience required; Experience with Ariba and ServiceNow preferred
  • Self-directed, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including project management including client engagement skills
  • Delivering services levering agile and Dev/Sec/Ops methodologies, preferably through Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Expert understanding of SAP transactional processing master data and configurations for MM, FI, and CO modules
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Source-To-Pay Processes/Systems such as: Intake Process, Contract Lifecyle Management, Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Relationship Management Systems, Guided Buying, and Invoice Management

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $119,600.00 - $168,400.00.
