Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, including sales, product, and support teams. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs in the public sector, and provide insights and recommendations to internal teams. Advocate for the needs of public sector customers within the organization, ensuring their unique requirements are considered in product development and improvements. Organize and facilitate customer meetings and events to foster relationships and gather feedback. Provide training and support to public sector customers on Atlassian products and services. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Atlassian products and services to effectively communicate and support customers. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates in the public sector. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback.
