ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, one of the largest BPO companies, is looking for English Social Media Content Moderators.

Content moderation is the process of reviewing and monitoring user-generated content on online platforms to ensure that it meets certain standards and guidelines. This includes removing inappropriate or offensive content and enforcing community guidelines and terms of service.

What you will do:

  • Categorize social media content based on specific guidelines
  • Work independently with limited supervision
  • Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
  • Apply a content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency

‼️ This is an Office Based role; all the candidates shall be based in Athens and able to work from the office on a daily basis ‼️

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English (British and/or Irish)
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies
  • Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media or Customer Support will be considered as an advantage
