We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English Language Instructor specializing in IELTS and TOEFL preparation to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The instructor will deliver engaging and effective training programs, support learners in achieving their target scores, and contribute to the overall development of the center’s academic offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality English training with a focus on IELTS and TOEFL exam preparation.
  • Develop structured lesson plans covering all exam components: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Conduct placement tests, pre-assessments, and post-assessments to measure progress.
  • Create, update, and utilize instructional materials, practice tests, and mock exams.
  • Provide individualized feedback and coaching to improve learners’ performance.
  • Teach exam strategies, techniques, and time management skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
  • Ensure a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Participate in professional development activities and contribute to curriculum enhancement.
  • Comply with the center’s guidelines, policies, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in teaching IELTS and/or TOEFL preparation courses.
  • Strong command of English language skills and effective teaching techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to prepare customized content based on learner needs.
  • Commitment to full-time, on-site work in Dibba Al-Fujairah.
