Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled E-Learning Content Manager specializing in Healthcare Compliance to lead the development, management, and delivery of engaging online training programs. This role involves overseeing the creation of instructional materials that meet regulatory standards, utilizing advanced learning technologies, and ensuring content effectiveness across various platforms. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and multimedia production to enhance adult education initiatives within the healthcare sector. Healthcare Compliance Content Oversight • Own the lifecycle of healthcare compliance e-learning content, including creation, review, approval, updates, version control, and retirement • Ensure all learning materials align with applicable healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, OIG, Joint Commission, OSHA, state regulations, payer requirements) • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Subject Matter Experts to translate regulatory requirements into clear, engaging, and defensible learning experiences • Maintain documentation and versioning standards to support audits and regulatory reviews Content Strategy & Quality Governance • Establish content standards, templates, style guides, and instructional best practices • Ensure consistency, accuracy, accessibility, and learner-centered design across all e-learning assets • Review and approve content prior to deployment to ensure compliance and instructional integrity • Monitor regulatory changes and coordinate timely content updates People Leadership • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of instructional designers, content developers, and/or multimedia specialists • Assign and prioritize work across multiple compliance training initiatives • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations • Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement Project Management • Lead multiple healthcare compliance e-learning projects simultaneously • Manage intake, prioritization, scope, timelines, and deliverables • Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones; track progress and risks • Communicate project status and timelines to stakeholders and leadership • Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining compliance and quality standards Collaboration & Deployment • Collaborate with LMS administrators to ensure proper deployment, tracking, and reporting of compliance training • Support LMS catalog organization and learning paths related to regulatory training • Assist with audit preparation related to training content and completion data Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Healthcare Administration, Compliance, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience developing or managing e-learning content • Demonstrated experience creating or overseeing healthcare compliance or regulatory training • 2+ years of experience managing teams and/or leading cross-functional projects • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory • Experience working with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools Preferred Qualifications • Experience in healthcare, healthcare compliance, or regulated industries • Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, CMS Conditions of Participation, OIG guidance, and Joint Commission standards • Experience supporting audits, surveys, or regulatory reviews • Project management certification or formal training (PMP, Agile, etc.) • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508) Key Skills & Competencies • Healthcare compliance knowledge • Team leadership and coaching • Project planning and execution • Regulatory interpretation and translation into learning • Stakeholder communication • Attention to detail and documentation • Ability to manage competing priorities in a regulated environment Why This Role Matters This role is critical to ensuring healthcare staff receive accurate, timely, and compliant training that reduces organizational risk and supports patient safety.
