Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist with a focus on Amazon vendor management to join our growing digital team. In this role, you will drive the success of our Amazon marketplace presence by optimizing product listings, managing vendor relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the Amazon vendor account, ensuring product listings are accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve product discoverability and search rankings on Amazon and other digital channels.
  • Develop and execute conversion optimization strategies to increase sales, including A/B testing and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for product descriptions, images, and promotional campaigns using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Implement marketing automation tools and manage campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google Ads to drive traffic and sales.
  • Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth and report on key KPIs regularly.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google AdWords campaigns, and social media management efforts to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers for visual content creation that enhances product appeal while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, B2B marketing strategies, e-commerce best practices, and platform-specific requirements to keep our approach innovative.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Amazon vendor accounts or similar e-commerce platforms with a strong understanding of vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Skilled in content creation using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media marketing (Facebook Advertising), email marketing, performance marketing, and analytics tools such as SQL.
  • Excellent copywriting skills combined with a keen eye for graphic design elements that enhance product presentation.
  • Familiarity with keyword research techniques, conversion optimization strategies, and B2B marketing approaches within an e-commerce context.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and improve campaign performance.
