<div><h2>About the Role</h2><p>To grow adoption of the Duolingo English Test (DET), we partner with tens of thousands of institutions and agencies around the world - the majority of which are small in size. Our goal is to influence these partners to recommend the DET to their students, but in a way that is <b>scalable and doesn’t require building a large sales team</b>.</p><p>To do this, we’re building an <b>automated, tech-driven partners funnel</b> that allows us to <b>onboard and activate partners at scale</b>, guiding them from awareness through to student referrals - all with minimal manual intervention. Your role will be to help us build out this funnel.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p><b>Funnel Mapping</b></p><ul><li>Map and document the full agent referral funnel — from <b>lead → registration → qualification → onboarding → referral</b></li><li>Identify drop-offs for each stage</li></ul><p><b>Optimization & Experiments</b></p><ul><li>Spot friction points and recommend changes to improve conversion</li><li>Partner with product/eng/design teams to test new flows or incentive models</li><li>Run experiments (e.g. A/B tests), track impact, and iterate based on data</li><li>Explore ways to scale agent engagement using <b>AI-enabled tools</b> (e.g. Clay, Instantly)</li></ul><p><b>Strategic Expansion</b></p><ul><li>Propose how this funnel infrastructure could apply to other B2B use cases (e.g. workforce or B2B learning partnerships)</li><li>Surface insights that inform how we engage new buyer segments</li><li>Collaborate with BD, GTM, and product teams to shape future-facing B2B systems</li></ul><h2>Requirements for the role</h2><ul><li>This role is 60% Business & Strategy, 20% Technical / Product Collaboration, 20% Marketing & Lifecycle</li><li>Familiar with CRM’s (e.g. Hubspot) and CRM workflows</li><li>Prior product, strategy experience is a plus</li><li>Ideally startup BD or growth background</li><li>Interested in the latest AI tools and willing to experiment to see what makes sense for our use case</li><li>Enjoy building structured systems and being able to go deep on data, but thinking in human journeys</li></ul><p><b>This is a remote-friendly contract position that will require approximately 40 hours per week.</b></p><h2>About Duolingo</h2><p>Duolingo is the most popular language-learning application in the world, with over 500 million users and over half a billion exercises completed daily.
