About the Role SWAY is seeking a Digital Media Strategist & Planner to help drive smart, impactful digital advertising campaigns for Democratic candidates and progressive causes nationwide. This is a mid-level role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and creative. You’ll translate campaign goals into sharp, data-informed media plans, and ensure our ads, placement, and dollars deliver maximum impact. You’ll work closely with our partners and production teams—as well as directly with clients—to guide digital strategy from concept through reporting. Responsibilities • Develop and execute integrated digital media plans across social, search, programmatic, video, and CTV platforms both internally and as primary contact for sub-vendors and platforms • Translate campaign and client objectives into thoughtful audience targeting, creative strategy, and platform selection • Serve as a day-to-day strategist and planner for multiple clients, advising on media mix, messaging, and budget allocation • Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop compelling ad concepts, copy, and deliverables • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and optimization to meet key performance and delivery goals • Analyze data and prepare actionable insights and reporting for clients and internal teams • Stay ahead of trends in political and digital advertising, audience targeting, and emerging technologies • Contribute to business development efforts through proposal writing and participation in client pitches Compensation and Benefits • Salary range: $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience • Performance-based bonus opportunities • Health care, paid parental leave, paid time off, and cell phone reimbursement To Apply Email hello@swaydc.com with your résumé and a short cover letter/note.
