Rolla Academy is one of Sharjah’s leading training institutes, offering academic and professional courses for over 30 years. We’re now expanding our Digital Marketing team and looking for interns who’s eager to apply their knowledge in real UAE-based marketing projects.

We’re looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern who already understands the basics of digital marketing — and wants to gain hands-on experience managing real content, campaigns, and social media growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in daily social media content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Help plan and optimize Google Ads and SEO tasks
  • Create visuals and posts using Canva / AI tools
  • Track and organize marketing data and analytics
  • Support marketing campaigns for Rolla Academy and client projects under Rolla Digital

Requirements

  • Basic theoretical knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or Social Media Marketing (through college or short course)
  • Familiar with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, ChatGPT
  • Good English communication + creative mindset
  • Students / fresh graduates welcome

Location: Sharjah – Hybrid / Part-Time

Duration: 3 months (initial) with opportunity to extend based on performance
