About the position As a Digital Experience Analyst (eCommerce Analyst) for Quill.com, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Site Experience team—bringing actionable insights that shape new features, functionality, customer experiences, and go-to-market strategies. You will dig into data to uncover opportunities, understand performance drivers, identify friction points, and deliver meaningful recommendations that enhance both customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This role requires strong technical capability in Adobe Analytics, a keen ability to learn and use customer-insight tools, and solid business acumen. You’ll communicate complex analytical findings in clear, concise ways that help partners take action. Responsibilities • Using Adobe Analytics to analyze customer behaviors, product interactions, and funnel performance—identifying opportunities to boost conversion, AOV, and engagement with rewards and membership programs. • Independently seeking out customer insights that highlight opportunities to advance team and company goals. • Building, maintaining, and automating dynamic KPI dashboards across web conversion funnels and customer segment cohorts. • Delivering weekly and monthly site performance reporting, including insights and commentary for business reviews. • Leveraging Qualtrics survey data to report on NPS and customer satisfaction trends. • Recommending new ways to collect and utilize Voice of Customer (VoC) insights. • Translating customer feedback into actionable opportunities for site improvements and roadmap enhancements. • Partnering with Site Experience Managers to measure new features, experiments, and GTM strategies, while defining tagging requirements for upcoming updates. • Collaborating with Data Analytics teams on reporting cube design, dashboard refinement, and deeper analysis needs. • Working with tagging management partners to optimize reporting dimensions, segmentation, and data-quality rules. • Ensuring all reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. Requirements • Strong ability to translate web behavior data into concise insights that drive business decisions. • Meticulous attention to detail in data validation and reporting accuracy. • Ability to partner effectively with product, UX, merchandising, analytics, and development teams. • Ability to segment audiences, build cohorts, and analyze user journeys to uncover conversion opportunities and friction points. • A strategic, data-driven mindset with the ability to proactively arenaflex trends and opportunities. • Strength in simplifying complex data into clear, actionable insights for a variety of stakeholders. • Ability to extract data via Snowflake or similar SQL-based environments. • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across product, UX, merchandising, analytics, and development. • A detail-oriented approach to validating accuracy, improving measurement frameworks, and enhancing reporting reliability. • Comfort interacting with senior leadership and external analytics partners. • Ability to manage recurring reporting delivery while supporting ad hoc analytical needs. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • 4+ years of experience in an eCommerce analytics role. • Minimum of 1yr experience of Adobe Analytics, • Experience with data visualization/reporting tools +Excel • Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and self-service reporting processes.
