Grace & Glory Kids — Remote $60,000 - $65,000 + Performance Incentive

Grace & Glory Kids is the U.S.-based nonprofit supporting Grace & Glory Academy in Haiti. We provide education, care, and opportunity to children in one of the most challenging environments in the world.

We are hiring a Development Director to prospect, ask, close, and grow our donor base. This is a front-line fundraising role. You will be in conversations with donors and prospects every single week.

What You Will Do

  • Identify, research, and engage new individual, corporate, church, and institutional donor prospects weekly
  • Make direct financial asks at all giving levels including major gifts
  • Build and manage a donor pipeline from cold outreach to long-term committed partners
  • Reactivate lapsed donors through persistent, respectful re-engagement
  • Lead grant strategy and represent the organization with foundation funders
  • Partner with the Board on fundraising strategy and donor introductions

What This Role Offers

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of fundraising, development, or business development experience
  • Proven track record closing gifts and making direct financial asks
  • Experience building donor pipelines from scratch
  • Self-directed — no daily manager, no hand-holding
  • Candidates from B2B sales, wealth management, or corporate BD with mission-driven passion are welcome
