You’ll collaborate with marketers, designers, and strategists to create beautiful, high-performing assets that support our advertising business globally. What You’ll Do • Design + Produce: Create, adapt, and refine sales collateral, presentations, digital ads, landing pages, and other marketing materials that communicate bolthires Advertising’s story. • Collaborate: Work closely with designers, brand strategists, marketers, and cross-functional partners to deliver creative assets that are both on-brand and on-brief. • Optimize: Ensure all deliverables are production-ready and optimized for digital formats, responsive layouts, and diverse global markets. • Maintain Brand Excellence: Uphold the bolthires visual identity while exploring new, innovative ways to express the brand across advertising touchpoints. • Manage Multiple Projects: Balance multiple deadlines while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail. • Contribute to Team Growth: Share knowledge, best practices, and inspiration to help elevate the broader creative team. Who You Are • You have 4+ years of experience in production design, graphic design, or visual communication, ideally within a creative agency, media company, or tech brand. • You’re fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma. (Bonus if you have motion chops / familiarity in After Effects or similar) • You have a strong understanding of digital formats, responsive design, and file optimization for web and mobile. • You’re exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. • You’re a team player who thrives on collaboration, feedback, and shared success. • You're passionate about visual storytelling and brand craft (both the big idea and the pixel-perfect execution). • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a dynamic, creative environment. • You are committed to diversity, inclusion, and perspective, and recognize how they strengthen creative work. Where You’ll Be • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! For this role, you can be within the United States as long as we havea work location. • This team operates within the U.S. Eastern time zone for collaboration. The United States base range for this position is $93,283 - $133,261, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays.
