About the role:
The Sales Associate will work on the frontlines ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. The Sales Associate will be an ambassador of Rhone and a representation of its principles (Gritty, Responsible, Excellent, Authentic, and Team Centered). They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset
  • Build relationships with customers, team members and business partners
  • Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits
  • Assess the customer’s individual needs providing product recommendations
  • Support all areas of the selling floor including fitting rooms and point of sale
  • Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks
  • Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions and sharing ideas
  • Demonstrate inclusive behavior across team and customers

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Available to work a minimum of 2 4-hour shifts weekly
  • Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
