, 40 hours per week, 1 year contract Position: Data Entry Analyst Dream Home Inspection LLC is a leading provider of home inspection services, dedicated to helping homeowners make informed decisions about their properties. We are currently seeking a Data Entry Analyst to join our team on a full-time, 1 year contract basis. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. This includes inputting information from home inspection reports, client information, and other relevant data. You will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data, as well as identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: • Enter data from home inspection reports, client information, and other sources into our systems accurately and efficiently • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data by performing regular quality checks • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in the data • Work closely with the home inspection team to ensure all necessary data is collected and entered into the system • Communicate any data-related issues or concerns to the appropriate team members • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security with all data • Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to data entry • Other administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong computer skills and proficiency in arenaflex Office • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Familiarity with home inspection reports and terminology is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position, with 40 hours of work per week, on a 1 year contract basis. The position may be extended based on performance and business needs. The Data Entry Analyst will report to the Home Inspection Manager.
