What you will do

  • Thoroughly understand the business and collaborate closely with product, operation, data analysts, algorithm engineers, etc. teams to accurately understand and complete the development of data requirements.

  • Be familiar with data governance, including metadata management, data security, cost optimization, etc., and promote its implementation.

  • Participate in the platformization and productization of data development, scheduling, monitoring, and governance tools to enhance the overall efficiency of data development.

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

  • 5-8 years of experience in data warehouse development;

  • Deep understanding of data warehouse theory, with profound insights and rich practical experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and data governance;

  • Proficient in the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, MapReduce, Yarn, Hive), and proficient in at least one of the computing engines such as Spark or Flink, with extensive experience in performance tuning;

  • Skilled in using data platform tools and understanding the underlying principles (including scheduling, metadata, lineage, data synchronization, DQC, SLA, etc.);

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or related fields;

    Preferred

  • Have experience in using cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP) and data services (such as S3, EMR, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).

  • Global work collaboration experience, proficient in English communication

  • Proficient use of AI capabilities in work tasks
