About the Role As a Cybersecurity Vulnerability Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of arenaflex' digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for analyzing and prioritizing indicators, verifying the operational fitness of era structures, and collaborating with arenaflex Technology leaders to drive the adoption and use of Vulnerability Management (VM) tools and practices. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global brand, develop your skills in cybersecurity, and contribute to the company's continued success. Key Responsibilities Support the global vulnerability control program, including the evaluation of vulnerabilities and the use of scanning and vulnerability reporting tools against core infrastructure assets. Develop strategies and practices that ensure the accuracy and insurance of various vulnerability scanning and reporting tools for all global markets where arenaflex operates. Create global communications, governance, and awareness campaigns for global vulnerability control that encourage action and compliance from Technology groups. Provide requirements to enhance the use of commercial scanning/reporting tools and work with businesses and/or arenaflex Technology partners to prioritize and attach bugs and implement new features. Partner with arenaflex Technology support groups to verify that vulnerabilities are remediated within the timeframes stated by data protection standards. Create and maintain vulnerability control policies, procedures, and training. Develop reporting for arenaflex Technology management that provides visibility into compliance against vulnerability control protection standards. Utilize public and private intelligence streams and master possibilities to stay abreast of a continuously evolving and complex threat landscape. Lead and facilitate VM meetings for the evaluation of findings and presentation of summary and detailed reports and trends. Collaborate on and provide VM results and metrics for consistent reporting for governance-related purposes (e.g., PCI). Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to quickly analyze new cybersecurity concepts. Working understanding of NIST, NVD, and CVSS algorithms. Excellent verbal, written, and active listening capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to apply business acumen, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to proactively move efforts forward. Ability to work within large collaborative organizations. Passionate about cybersecurity and self-driven to become an expert. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus: 2+ years of experience in an information-technology field. Experience with risk control tactics, including strategies for assessing and mitigating risk. Experience with creating scripts for automating data collection and analysis. Experience with one or more enterprise-level vulnerability scanning and reporting tools (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, RiskSense, Kenna Security). Working understanding of networks, Linux/Unix, Windows server administration, patch deployment, and system configuration.
