Develop and implement incident response protocols and procedures to effectively handle cyber threats and attacks. Lead and oversee the incident response team, providing guidance, direction, and support in all aspects of incident management. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security gaps and proactively address them. Monitor and analyze security alerts and logs to identify and respond to security incidents in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, legal, and compliance to ensure a coordinated response to cyber incidents. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners on incident response strategies, updates, and resolutions. Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve incident response capabilities. Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources during incident response. Create and maintain incident response documentation, including procedures, playbooks, and reports for future reference and improvement.
