Client Support & Operations Executive

UK-Based | £44,000 to £48,000 | Full-Time | Work From Home

We are currently supporting a fast-growing, customer-focused organisation in the search for a Remote Client Support & Operations Executive.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the UK, offering a strong salary, structured training and genuine long-term stability.

The Role

This position combines customer service, administration and operational coordination.

Responsibilities include:

  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitoring cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Identifying recurring issues and suggesting process improvements

This is not a high-volume call centre role. It is structured, organised and focused on quality service.

About You
