The Role
As a Connectivity Expert, you will be helping our fantastic customers with all of their cellular, broadband, and home entertainment needs.
You will be
  • Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers.
  • Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
  • Become product and solutions expert and able to help all customers with wireless service plans, wireless devices, broadband, and home entertainment packages.
  • Handling customer situations and making equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
  • Soliciting, coordinating, scheduling, and participating in community events.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by sales management.
  • Participating as a “team player”, constantly supporting other team members
  • Setting an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
  • Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.
What we are looking for
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or GED. (2-year associates degree is preferred)
  • Experience in retails sales and customer service.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
  • Team players with a fantastic attitude and a will to win.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices.
