POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Highlights: Work with an experienced team that prioritizes its employees and customers.
  • Job Type: Customer Service Representative
  • Work Hours: Full-time - Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Hourly Compensation: $17-24hr
  • Benefits: Medical, life insurance, a 401K with match, PTO, and year-round work.
  • Location: Riverdale, NJ

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Great phone skills are required!
  • Light Sales experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Customer service skills
  • Physical ability to sit for long periods of time
  • HVAC office experience a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!
