Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative – OES will support the Decorative Specialties customer base in all aspects, from service to sales, by providing excellence through establishing relationships with all customers, processing orders, following through on special requests, and meeting customers’ needs as they arise.

Essential Functions:

  • Customer Support via Faxes/Internet orders
  • Follow all applicable standard work
  • Follow 5S guidelines
  • Places all types of fax or internet orders via the custom order entry system
  • Processes credits as required
  • Processes any specialty item action items for technical orders
  • Processes all special pricing requests to the pricing team

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

  • High School with 2+ years of experience in Customer Service Call Center/Sales or College Graduate
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
  • Will obtain full understanding of all wood and Deco-form product lines:
  • Doors, drawer fronts, glass doors, french lites
  • Drawer boxes
  • Moldings and accessory items
  • Finishing all types
  • Ready To Assemble (RTA) cabinet line - basic understanding
  • Basic specialty items

Will learn all system requirements for:

  • Custom order entry
  • CRM
  • Email
  • Shipping
  • Anytime®

Candidate must reside within 40 miles of our North Carolina Facility.
