Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our remote customer support team at Wayfair. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving loyalty, and fostering trust. You'll manage a team of 8-16 customer support specialists, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure they meet customer needs and performance goals.
