We are known for doing things the right way, communicating clearly, holding high standards, and still enjoying the people we work with every day. Please note we are hoping to find someone immediately.

This is not a casual role, and it is not a call center job.

It is a professional position for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in how they speak to people, and understands that trust is built one conversation at a time.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to new leads quickly and follow a defined sales process.
  • Convert estimates into active customers.
  • Save accounts through calm, confident problem solving.
  • Educate customers clearly and honestly.
  • Document every interaction properly.
  • Follow scripts, procedures, and expectations exactly.
  • Represent the Lawn Doctor brand with consistency and pride.

What We Are Looking For
  • You are confident on the phone and clear in your communication.
  • You can stay calm when a customer is emotional.
  • You follow instructions without cutting corners.
  • You ask questions instead of guessing.
  • You take ownership of your work.
  • You care about being part of a team.
  • You understand that tone matters as much as words.
  • You want to grow and be good at what you do.

This Is Not a Fit If
  • You dislike structure or clear processes.
  • You prefer to improvise instead of follow procedures.
  • You avoid accountability or feedback.
  • You struggle to stay professional under pressure.
  • You think customer service means apologizing for everything.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary of $56,000.
  • Quarterly performance-based bonus opportunity.
  • Paid holidays and paid time off.
  • Clear training and expectations from day one.
  • Supportive leadership that communicates directly and honestly.
  • A team that works hard, holds standards, and enjoys working together.
  • All Lawn Doctor locations are independently owned and operated. All positions identified here are positions offered by individual Lawn Doctor franchisees.
