Assist our company in fulfilling our clients’ service needs and promoting the services and products we sell.

This position will support our Service Department, a department with a strong tradition of service excellence. We are proud to be one of the most comprehensive RV repair facilities in the region, employing some of the nation’s best technicians.

We are a local RV dealership in Billings, MT, with a family atmosphere where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.

We are made up of an excellent staff who enjoy Montana's offerings and are avid hunters, fishermen, and outdoorsmen. We support all of our team members in their efforts to explore what Montana has to offer, and we enjoy letting you take more time to explore Montana for yourself.

Our focus is on the client and the quality of work provided. You will be supported by a very dedicated manager and support staff. All of whom have been promoted from within the company and have years of experience in the RV industry.

You will be actively and consistently trained to make you one of the most educated and well-compensated Service advisors in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses
  • Record customer details and service requests
  • Serve as a link between customers, manufacturers, and technicians
  • Schedule daily tasks to technicians
  • Update and follow up on parts requests
  • Data entry

Typical Day:

  • Answer calls and route to the appropriate department.
  • Follow up on parts orders for current and future jobs
  • Follow up on service repair status
  • Follow up on all claim processing
  • Complete daily data entries
  • Compile all supporting documents as needed for the service manager

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be knowledgeable in common software (Microsoft office: word, excel)
  • A good multitasker, as well as having good writing and typing skills
  • Basic accounting and math skills, along with knowledge of billing and payment processes

Salary and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary range between $50,000-$80,000 annually
