Position : Customer Contract Admin Analyst/Pricing Analyst - Remote (Part time 4hours per day) Location : Vernon Hills, IL Duration : 3 Months Total Hours/week : 40.00 1st Shift Client : Medical Devices Company Job Category : Sales Support Labor Type : Accounting/Finance Level of Experience : Senior Level Employment Type : Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens or GC Holders or GC EAD or OPT or EAD or CPT) Job Description • Possible extension operations such as customer and vendor contract administration; customer and vendor pricing, rebates, billing and chargebacks; processing vendor invoices; developing and negotiating customer and group purchasing contracts. Demonstrates basic knowledge of contract and order processes and systems. • Fixes basic network issues. • Runs basic reports on network health. • Typically, is a college / university graduate or has equivalent experience. • Has basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a job family or skill. • Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work. Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction. • Develops competence in own area by performing routine work. • Within BD Surgery, this role is in the U.S. region and is responsible for coordinating contracting and pricing strategies aligned with the overall Surgery business objectives. • This role drives the following activities to ensure success at the product line, market, platform and business unit level: • Address all pricing and GPO tiering customer requests, create contract summaries and route through Apttus for new or renewing contracts, submit SalesForce.com cases for analytic requests, help the sales teams navigate needs and requests, and assist in RFP responses and cross references. • Assist Sales in completing Additional Value Request (AVR) forms for presentation and approval by management. • Manage local contract pricing life cycle (creation, maintenance and expiration) for assigned territory. • Participate in the development of business strategies and pricing guidelines as requested.
