Job Title: Cultivation Technician

What we are looking for:

Do you have experience in cannabis cultivation,horticulture, farming or landscaping? Whether you're seasoned in the industry or eager to learn, we welcome your skills and passion for plant care and precision. Willing to train the right canidate.

Precision is key when maintaining our cannabis crops. If you're great at following directions and ensuring each step is executed flawlessly, you're the detail-oriented individual we're seeking.

Responsibilities:

  • Plant Care: Assist in the planting, pruning, watering and maintenance of cannabis plants, ensuring optimal health and growth.
  • Environmental Monitoring: Monitor and report environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and light to ensure ideal growing conditions.
  • Nutrient Management: Prepare and apply nutrients and fertilizers according to the established feeding schedules.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all local and state cannabis regulations, including accurate record-keeping and reporting.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized cultivation area. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Data Collection: Maintain detailed records of plant growth, environmental conditions, and cultivation activities.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in cultivation, landscaping, farming or horticulture is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions precisely, and excellent organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 and meet all local and state regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry.
  • Must pass a state-mandated Department of Health background check.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and working in varying environmental conditions.
  • Reliable self-transportation is required due to the facility location.
  • Ability to work in hot, humid, and small working spaces.
  • Availability to Work Monday through Friday schedule with 8am to 4pm to include some rotating weekends.

Application Question(s):

  • This position is primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Cultivation Department does require some weekend work on a rotating basis. Candidates must be able to work the required hours and days, including occasional weekends, as operational needs dictate. Are you able to meet these scheduling requirements? Must reply to be considered for employment.
  • Our work site is secured, and public transportation does not reach this location. This will require reliable self transportation to get to and from work daily. Are you able to meet this requirement.
