About the Role

Eyeline Studios is seeking a passionate and imaginative Creative Producer for Short Form AV to help shape the creative vision for our short-form content projects within the Virtual Production, VFX, and post-production landscape. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative thinker who thrives on developing innovative ideas, crafting compelling stories, and collaborating with talented teams to bring marketing, commercial, and branded content to life.

As a key member of our creative team, you’ll report to the Director of Short Form Content to drive the ideation, conceptualization, and execution of high-impact projects for both Eyeline Studios and for the wider Netflix org (including but not limited to Marketing, communications, and production teams). This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative background who understands the possibilities of VFX, post-production, and generative AI, and who is eager to push boundaries in the digital content space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and articulate the creative vision for marketing, commercial, and other short-form initiatives projects, ensuring alignment with Eyeline Studios’, Netflix’s brand, and campaign objectives and collaborate with the Director of Short Form Content when needed
  • Lead the creative development process which includes guiding projects from initial brainstorming and scripting to storyboarding, moodboarding, and visual development but also follow through in the tactical execution of each project which includes managing production and post production elements required to deliver a wide range of projects
  • Act as a primary creative partner for Netflix Marcomms projects by crafting pitches, developing treatments, and ensuring all creative deliverables align with brand and campaign objectives
  • Drive the adoption and integration of generative AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative ideation and content development
  • Author creative briefs, pitch decks, and presentations that clearly communicate concepts and creative direction to clients and internal teams
  • Provide clear creative direction and feedback throughout the production process, collaborating closely with post-production and VFX teams to realize the creative vision in final assets
  • Collaborate with freelance and in-house creative talent, including writers, designers, editors, and VFX artists, to bring ideas to life
  • Stay at the forefront of trends in short-form content, digital storytelling, and emerging creative technologies
  • Support the Director in balancing Netflix Marcomms projects with internal creative initiatives, contributing fresh ideas and creative leadership as needed
  • Navigate the complexities of a global organization by collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders each with distinct priorities and communication styles, to drive creative alignment and deliver successful project outcomes
  • Over see post production pipeline for various short form projects which includes procuring editorial and finishing resources

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience developing and contributing creatively to projects in a VFX, post-production, or content studio environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative ideation, storytelling, and content development for marketing, commercial, or branded content
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work with creative partners and cross-functional teams to drive creative excellence
  • Experience successfully working within large organizations or entertainment/media companies, with the ability to adapt communication and creative approaches for a diverse range of teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects), presentation software, and basic video editing
  • Proficient experience crafting briefs, pitch decks, and creative presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and a willingness to explore new creative technologies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate and sell creative ideas in meetings and pitches
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A passion for innovation, storytelling, and pushing the boundaries of short-form content

Salary

$155,000 - $235,000 a year

This salary range is specific to applicants applying to our position in Los Angeles, California. To determine your base salary, we consider your qualifications, skills, and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary outside of this range and will also be dependent on your location.
