<p> A little bit about our team:<br /> <br /> The Marketing Enablement & Operations Coordinator is an operations-based individual contributor responsible for the day-to-day ''engine room'' tasks that keep our global marketing ecosystem running smoothly. This role is designed for a process-driven professional who excels at organizational rigor, documentation, and cross-functional communication. They will serve as the primary source of truth for marketing tool access, vendor onboarding, and operational compliance.<br /> <br /> Reporting to the Director of Marketing Enablement, they will focus on high-volume task management and workflow execution. They will be the ''home base'' for the team - the individual who ensures that requests are answered, payments are tracked, and global teams are following standardized protocols. Beyond the standard checklist, you will act as a proactive optimizer, using AI tools and automated flows to streamline manual processes and improve team efficiency.<br /> <br /> Your role:<br /> <br /> Serve as the main point of contact for all global onboarding requests for our marketing and media tools. You will also handle access requests for these tools, such as analysis and ad operations. Manage the central Marketing Enablement submission portal (Airtable) and maintain an up-to-date internal knowledge base for global users. Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues, advancing technical bugs to the relevant teams when necessary. Monitor global campaign compliance to ensure that digital ad accounts across Meta, TikTok, Spotify, and Google are applying standardized coding and integrations.<br /> <br /> Here you'll get to:<br /> • Document gap analyses for tools and platforms to help inform future strategy.<br /> • Maintain accurate project trackers for Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) statuses.<br /> • Manage the end-to-end administrative lifecycle for third-party vendors, including status tracking and documentation.<br /> • Be responsible for finance and payment tracking for third-party vendors, ensuring all invoices are processed and following up on any payment delays.<br /> • Drive organization across the marketing support function by managing timelines, documentation, and collaborator communications.<br /> • You will actively apply AI tools (such as Google Gemini or similar) to automate repetitive administrative tasks and improve team output.<br /> • Analyze existing manual workflows to identify ''friction points'' and suggest automated solutions or flow optimizations.<br /> • Support the broader team in setting up and documenting AI capabilities to drive operational excellence across the department.<br /> <br /> About you:<br /> • You have 1-2 years of experience in a support or operations role with a focus on music, entertainment or creative industries.<br /> • You prioritize clear organization: You maintain accurate documentation and support the smooth running of team activities.<br /> • You have platform familiarity: Basic knowledge of music tech landscape (ad platforms, data collection, fan communications, etc.) and how they integrate with marketing workflows.<br /> • You are AI Fluent: You use AI tools in your daily life to work faster and are eager to help a team implement automated flows.<br /> • You have attention to detail: You are the definitive reference for data and status updates; accuracy is your top priority.<br /> • You are a ''persistent chaser'' - able to follow up on late payments or missing data with professional persistence.<br /> • You are passionate about music and are deeply interested in learning more about the technical infrastructure that powers global campaigns for your favorite artists.<br /> <br /> We'd love it if you also had:<br /> • Experience using the following platforms, or are familiar with: Excel, Google Workspace (including Gemini), Airtable.<br /> <br /> As the home to 10K Projects, Asylum, Atlantic Music Group, East West, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world's premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike.
