Here, you will make an impact by:</p><ul><li>Meet and/or exceed sales growth targets within assigned geography</li><li>Manage a robust hopper of sales opportunities and activities</li><li>Manage, support and build relationships at key converters and OEM customers</li><li>Develop and implement business plans and strategies at key converter customers</li><li>Train and support key divisional partners at OEM accounts</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Company Vehicle</b></p><p>This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position</p><p></p><p><b>Your Skills and Expertise  </b></p><p>To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">higher (completed</span> and verified prior to start)</li><li>Five (5) years of sales experience in a private, public, in a private, public, government or military environment</li><li>Current, valid Driver’s license is required</li><li>Fluent in English-Speaking and Writing</li></ul><p></p><p>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:</p><ul><li>Previous experience in tape converting industry or within 3M Industrial & Safety Market Center</li><li>Experience calling on and managing corner office executive level relationships</li><li>Skills include: Presentation skills, CRM (Salesforce.com), written and verbal communication, business planning, sales experience</li><li>French Language Fluency</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work location: </b></p><ul><li><b>Remote Based – Toronto, CA</b></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Travel: May include up to 50</b><b>% domestic</b></p><p><b>Relocation Assistance: May be authorized</b></p><p></p><p>3M Canada welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
