Sodexo Live! is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Multi-Location Controller to support our growing portfolio of American Airlines airport lounge accounts. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary financial partner to Unit Operations Managers and District Leadership, overseeing financial performance, forecasting, compliance, and operational finance execution across multiple locations. This position plays a key role in driving financial discipline, supporting profitable growth, and ensuring accuracy, transparency, and accountability across all assigned units. What You'll Do Financial Management & Reporting • Lead weekly flash reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission. • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly financial reports, identifying trends, risks, and performance gaps. • Provide detailed monthly variance analysis (volume, labor, food cost, mix, productivity) with clear root-cause explanations. • Manage month-end close activities for assigned units, ensuring compliance with Sodexo Live! financial standards. • Prepare and review client income statements, billings, and contractual reporting requirements. • Present financial performance summaries to unit leadership and client stakeholders as required. • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning • Provide scenario modeling and financial impact analysis to support staffing and operational decisions. • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including Labor/PAX, Food/PAX, overtime, and cost trends. • Support final budget reviews and monthly reforecasting processes. Operational Finance Partnership • Serve as the primary point of contact for unit-level finance projections, questions, and system issues. • Partner with GeneralOperations Managers to drive labor optimization, food cost controls, and margin improvement initiatives. • Lead weekly labor pulse and KPI reviews, identifying corrective actions where needed. • Monitor overtime trends and staffing efficiencies, recommending operational adjustments. • Provide financial coaching and guidance to General Managers, Chefs, and Operations Leaders. Compliance, Controls & Process Improvement • Ensure integrity of internal financial reporting and adherence to GAAP and company policies. • Apply objective accounting judgment to contractual agreements and billing practices. • Conduct reconciliations, UFS entries, and unit transfers with high accuracy. • Monitor accounting processes to ensure AP, AR, and cash management compliance. • Identify process inefficiencies and implement reporting or workflow improvements. • Support internal audits and financial control reviews. Training & Cross-Functional Leadership • Train and onboard unit managers and administrators on Sodexo financial systems and reporting tools. • Standardize reporting practices across multiple lounge locations. • Foster collaboration across finance, operations, HR, and supply chain teams. • Communicate financial expectations clearly across all levels of the organization. What You Bring • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Have 3+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or controller-level support—preferably in hospitality, foodservice, aviation, or multi-unit environments. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting controls, and financial reporting. • Possess advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling). • Have experience with UFS, Essbase, Access, eVision, or similar financial systems. • Can translate financial data into operational action. • Work independently while managing multiple priorities across locations. • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Communicate effectively with operational leaders and client stakeholders.
