Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company in Fintech, is seeking a Controller on a CFO track for full-time roles in Nashville or Chicago.

  • Lead Finance: Manage accounting operations, monthly closes, and revenue recognition.
  • Scale Growth: Transition to a mid-market ERP (NetSuite/Intacct) and expand the finance team.
  • Strategic Insights: Develop SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV/CAC) and build financial models for leadership.
  • Compliance & Treasury: Oversee cash flow, taxes, audits, and internal controls.
  • CFO Apprenticeship: Partner with the CEO on investor relations, capital planning, and M&A.

  • Requirements: CPA with 7+ years of finance experience (3+ in leadership), SaaS expertise, proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and ERP migrations, and a builder mindset.
