**1. Content Translation & Adaptation** - Translate and adapt video scripts, captions, and subtitles from Bahasa Indonesia to Malay. - Ensure the translated content maintains the brand voice and feels natural for the local audience. - Support basic copywriting for Reels, Stories, and Feed posts. **2. Production Support** - Assist video editors with video editing, script alignment, subtitles, and translated text. - Help prepare content materials before upload (titles, hashtags, captions). - Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth content scheduling. **3. Trend Awareness & Content Sourcing** - Stay updated on trending Reels audio, hashtags, and formats. - Share relevant trends with the creative team to improve engagement. - Suggest adjustments to translated content so it matches current trends. **4. Content Monitoring** - Assist in tracking basic performance metrics (views, reach, engagement). - Flag underperforming posts and suggest improvements. - Provide simple weekly updates to the team. **5. Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Work closely with video editors, designers, and the marketing team. **Requirements**: - Strong command of Malay and good understanding of Bahasa Indonesia. - Interest in social media content (IG). - Fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to adapt content creatively. - Prior ads/analytics experience will be an added advantage. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and give input on localized content. - Perform other related tasks as assigned.
