Role Description
As a Content Moderator at Swivvia Inc., you will ensure the safety, accuracy, and quality of the platform's content. Your primary duties will include reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards. You will handle user reports, provide feedback, and contribute to developing and implementing moderation policies. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Crete, NE.

Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating content and identifying potential violations
Excellent Communication abilities to effectively address user concerns and collaborate with team members
Customer Service skills to provide respectful and timely support to platform users
Technical Support experience for resolving platform-related issues and providing guidance
Experience in delivering Training on content policy updates to other team members
Attention to detail, ability to handle sensitive content, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe online environment
Proficiency in using moderation tools and platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline is preferred
