This role is ideal for a strong content executor who loves writing, producing, optimizing, designing, and scaling content across formats and channels. They enjoy collaborating closely with product marketing, marketing, and agency partners while building content that compounds over time. You’ll focus on creating and optimizing high-value content that drives organic, improves search and AI visibility, strengthens brand authority, and supports lead generation, site traffic, engagement, and lead generation. While repurposing and scaling high-value content into blogs, infographics, podcasts, social content, for maximum reach. Responsibilities Collaboration & Process Develop and maintain a full-year content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives, product launches, industry events, buyer journeys, and high-impact trends. Develop high-quality content across blogs, website pages, organic social, and downloadable assets, strategically repurposing core content into multiple formats to maximize reach, engagement, and lifecycle value. Drive organic growth across SEO, GEO, and AEO by partnering with an SEO agency and executing independently to align content with search intent, buyer questions, and AI discovery patterns, while strengthening brand transparency, AI authority, and E-E-A-T. Create trend-based and insight-led thought leadership content using current events, industry data, and Culligan Quench proprietary research. Manage the organic social media calendar in partnership with our social media agency. Analyze content performance across GA4, Moz, SEMrush, and Salesforce to drive continuous improvement, and regularly report insights and recommendations to leadership for feedback and alignment. Work closely with internal teams and agency partners to execute content initiatives. Ensure a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels. Stay informed on B2B content trends, emerging formats, AI-driven discovery, and evolving buyer behaviors. Required Experience & Skills 3–5 years of experience creating high-quality B2B content (blogs, website copy, social media, white papers, case studies). Strong research, writing and editing skills with attention to clarity, tone, and conversion. Working knowledge of SEO and organic content best practices. Familiarity with social platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
