Location: LatAm - Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities • Edit a mix of long-form course content, arenaflex videos, short-form reels, and event sizzle reels. • Repurpose multi-camera seminar footage (8–12 hrs) into structured lessons and arenaflex segments. • Cut 20–90 sec short-form clips optimized for TikTok, Instagram, and arenaflex Shorts. • Craft high-energy event recaps and sizzle reels that capture the seminar experience. • Extract viral moments from longer footage and prepare clip variations for testing. • Collaborate with curriculum and creative teams to ensure visual and tonal consistency. • Flag sensitive content thoughtfully to uphold message integrity.Apply a “product-forward mindset”—understand how each video fits the overall content ecosystem.
