At MoneyGram, we're combining the strength of a trusted global brand with the agility of a tech-forward, growth driven culture. With 80+ years of experience and a presence in more than 200 countries and territories, we've built a foundation of stability and trust to help millions of people around the world send funds quickly, securely, and affordably.

We're looking for bold thinkers, builders, technologists, and sellers who want real ownership of their work, thrive in collaborative environments, and are energized by solving complex challenges. Here, you'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact - fast.

If you're eager to shape the future of cross-border payments and financial services, join us as we transform how the world moves money.

About The Role:

We're hiring an AI Growth Content Creator to help us unlock the next wave of performance creative across paid social, app store (UAC/ASA), and lifecycle channels.

You'll work at the intersection of insight, speed, and boundless imagination - using AI tools to create and iterate content that converts. Sometimes you'll work from a clear brief. Other times, it's a single insight and a challenge to beat the control.

You'll collaborate with our Ops Leads, Performance Marketers, Lifecycle Teams, and our Performance Creative Director to embed AI into our creative workflows.

You'll have full freedom to explore tools, test formats, and iterate quickly. If you love building with AI and want to create breakthrough content at speed - we'd love to talk.

What You Will Do:

  • Create high-performing content for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), UAC/ASA, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Use tools like Celtra, Veed, ElevenLabs, and whatever is next - there are no restrictions. If it helps us move faster and better, it's on the table
  • Turn winning ads into high-impact iterations - fast. You'll analyze what's working, remix formats, and scale what performs
  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Creative Director and Growth Marketers to align on briefs, goals, and audience insights
  • Work in testing loops - experimenting with hooks, visuals, and CTAs to learn fast and ship faster
  • Keep your ear to the ground - monitoring platform trends, formats, and maybe even meme culture to keep our content ahead of the curve.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Hands on experience using AI creative tools to create content. Maybe you haven't scaled this and are just getting started!
  • A test-and-iterate mindset - you're always looking for the next win
  • Creative thinker who's fast, flexible, and not afraid to try something new
  • Bonus: Experience with short-form formats, UGC-style creative, and/or mobile-first design.

Location:

  • This position will be remotely based in the United States, must be located in ET or CT time zone
