What the day will look like

As a Client Service Consultant, you will:

  • Work closely with Client Services Leads and the Client Services Director to deliver detailed operational excellence.
  • Lead renewal meetings, prepare, and review reports and communication materials.
  • Conduct employee communication sessions and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Client Relations Team to develop client-related initiatives, providing a broad approach to benefits consulting.
  • Maintain direct relationships with corporate clients and handle customer issues across all coverage lines.
  • Achieve the benchmarks set for the year.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • A diploma in any relevant field.
  • Minimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI, CommGI, HI, M5, M9) for registration as a Broking and FA representative with MAS or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a consultant or account manager in the Health & Benefits Industry, collaborating with multinational clients.
  • Strong client management abilities, with the capacity to analyze, think critically, and resolve problems.
  • The ability to manage and influence key collaborators both internally and externally.
  • Outstanding self-discipline and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on service excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
