Amazon EU10 is one of our most important retail partners in EMEA, reaching millions of customers across multiple markets. As Commercial Account Specialist, Amazon EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial management of this relationship ensuring operational excellence, strong execution, and premium brand representation across Amazon’s platforms.

Working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager, you will help deliver against our sales and brand goals through effective planning, data-driven insights, and flawless day-to-day execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, Amazon EMEA, supporting the commercial management of the Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) business to deliver sales, new customer acquisition, and share objectives across 10 European markets.

  • Manage key operational processes in Amazon Vendor Central, including item setup, forecasting, purchase order reporting, and issue resolution.

  • Own the coordination and follow-up of internal tasks, ensuring timely completion of commercial and administrative deliverables across EMEA.

  • Monitor sales performance, inventory health, and key metrics to support decision-making and drive growth.

  • Play a key role in ensure operation excellence in line with Amazon’s core KPIs.

  • Input into weekly reporting and insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Sonos Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure consistent brand representation and operational accuracy.

  • Support the maintenance of Sonos’ premium brand presence onsite, ensuring content, imagery, and product presentation are accurate and aligned with best-in-class standards in partnership with Sonos Marketing and the Amazon AVS team.

What You’ll Need

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial, ecommerce, or retail account management role, ideally within consumer electronics or FMCG.

  • Proven experience working within Amazon Vendor Central, with strong understanding of its operational processes, commercial, and promotional systems.

  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions and measurable outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Tableau.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects across countries and teams.

  • Strong communicator and collaborator, confident working cross-functionally in an international environment.

  • Passion for music, technology, ecommerce, and creating outstanding customer experiences.
