About us

Collectors Coffee is a small business based in Godalming/Guildford. We are a young and social team that likes to have fun whilst working hard. We are looking for hard workers with barista experience to start in Spring 2026. Events are mostly weekends.

You'll be working in the converted horse box. Making and serving coffee and other hot / iced drinks. Some Cafe / Barista experience is required. You will be working at Festivals and Events across the country, mostly local to Surrey or within a few hours of Guildford. A car and drivers licence is required. (we will pay your petrol for any event more than 30 mins drive).

During the Spring and Summer the horse box will be travelling to lots of festivals and events. Our fun and friendly team will travel together and stay either on site (camping) or in an air b n b (provided by us). You'll need your own camping equipment and be prepared to camp multiple days in all conditions. These festivals and Events are a good laugh and can vary from Gardening Shows to music festivals. At events you'll be expected to work in a fast paced environment. We are looking for confident and happy individuals that are laid back and flexible. Making killer coffees at speed is a bonus! Perks of the job include free/discounted food and drink, free entry to all festivals / events with time to enjoy them outside of your working hours. Bonuses and staff drinks / meals may be included after successful days. At a festival a typical working day with be either 6:00am - 2ish or 2ish until 11:30pm. Hours can be long and varied. You must be happy waking up early (and in fit working condition) when needed. Some events we do include Love Supreme Festival, The Long Road Festival, Boomtown, Henley Festival, The Big Retreat Festival, Hampton Court Palace Festival, + more.
