Your Role
As the Content Producer & Video Editor (Co-Founder), you will help build the Kingdoms of Arailia audience by creating and shaping our social media content.

This is a creative role focused on editing videos, producing engaging content, and helping grow our presence across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

You will take a proactive approach to content creation, bringing ideas for videos and posts that showcase the game, its world, and the journey of building it.

You will be responsible for:

  • Editing our long-form and short-form content.
  • Creating engaging thumbnails and basic social graphics to support video releases.
  • Helping develop new content ideas that showcase the game, its world and the development journey.
  • Collaborating with the Community Manager and founders on social strategies and campaigns that build excitement around the game.
  • Helping maintain a consistent and polished brand presence across our channels.
  • Tracking basic performance metrics so the team can see how our content is growing over time. Optionally assisting with podcast editing and production as the channel develops.

Requirements

  • Experience creating and editing video content (YouTube, TikTok, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, including how content grows on these platforms - We are particularly interested in candidates who already create their own content or run a YouTube/TikTok channel.
  • Basic graphic design ability – enough to create clean thumbnails, banners, and social assets.
  • An interest in video games, particularly fantasy, strategy, or card-based games.
  • Proactive and creative, comfortable spotting opportunities without waiting for detailed briefs.

What We Offer

  • A 4% share of profits as Co-founder, aligning your success with the game’s performance, with a bonus scheme for contributions above expectation.
  • A fully designed and play-tested game, currently in the mid stages of being turned into a digital product.
  • The opportunity to co-create a unique, tactical game.
  • A flexible, remote work environment with a passionate, indie team.

Please note: this is an equity-based role with no fixed salary, so we expect part-time involvement alongside your other commitments.
