Our Traction (Nov - Dec 2025)

  • Nov 5: Private testing phase launched
  • Nov 15: Prototype validation complete
  • Nov 20: Beta testing closed in West Africa
  • Nov 25: 2 academies onboarded generating $4,500 ARR
  • Pipeline: 10+ additional academies in queue projected $20k+ ARR within 30 days

Our Goal: 200 academies and $300k revenue by end of Q1 2026

What You'll Own

30% equity in all USA-based operations with equal profit-sharing alongside the technical co-founder(s). You'll have a voice in every major decision from day one.

  • Influence product strategy and prioritization
  • Fundraise (optional—we're currently self-sustaining)

What We Need

  • Sales & BD skills: You can build relationships, communicate value, and close deals
  • Strategic thinking: Can scale a B2B SaaS business and think 3-6 months ahead while executing today
  • Ownership mindset: You make decisions as if you own the business (because you do)
  • Nice-to-have: Sports industry background, startup scaling experience, or fundraising expertise

The Model

  • Ownership: 30% of USA operations
  • Compensation: 50/50 profit-sharing on USA cash flow after reinvestment decisions
  • Work: Remote-first, full-time co-founder commitment
  • Pace: We move fast—decisions happen in days, not quarters

Success (First 90 Days)

  • USA go-to-market strategy finalized
  • Sales and partnership infrastructure in place
  • First 10-15 USA academies onboarded
  • Marketing channels tested and validated
