Apply now to embark on a career that transcends expectations and celebrates the art of hospitality.<br><br>This role is based in Sofitel London St James, and shared between Sofitel London St James and Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam.<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><ul><li>Defining and executing the cluster digital and e-commerce strategy with a clear focus on performance and ROI</li><li>End-to-end website management across Accor, Brand.com, IWS and relevant F&B websites where applicable</li><li>Leading SEO and SEA strategy, including Google Ads and performance media</li><li>Driving qualified traffic, conversion and revenue through owned and paid digital channels</li><li>Ensuring clear and accurate tracking, reporting and post-campaign analysis for all digital activity</li><li>Supporting the Marketing Executive in managing and optimising paid social media budgets</li><li>Acting as the primary digital and e-commerce partner to the Director of Commercial, DORM and Heads of Revenue</li><li>Ensuring all third party platforms feature relevant content</li><li>Liaise with the Marketing Teams and Commercial team to create regular digital campaigns that drive sales<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Essential:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven experience driving website performance improvements across traffic, conversion and digital revenue</li><li>Strong technical understanding of website ecosystems (advantage: Accor Brand.com, IWS, CMS environments), SEO, SEA and performance media</li><li>Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, paid social and digital optimisation initiatives with clear ROI accountability</li><li>Strong analytical capability, with experience using data, dashboards and insights to drive continuous optimisation</li><li>Ability to operate autonomously within a specialist remit while collaborating closely with commercial, revenue and marketing and properties’ stakeholders<br><br></li></ul><strong>Desirable<br><br></strong><ul><li>A minimum of one to three years in a digital marketing or e-commerce role</li><li>An understanding of luxury brands and the hospitality industry</li><li>Experience supporting or leading website creation, redevelopment or major optimisation projects in partnership with internal and external stakeholders<br><br></li></ul>Additional Information<br><br>Managed Hotels.
