Join a global team focused on pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare, with a culture that values diversity and professional growth.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Analyze customers’ business requirements within complex healthcare environments by applying data and workflow process knowledge to technology roadmap / enabling objectives.</li><li>Manage customer engagements to drive measurable, sustainable improvements in clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.</li><li>Lead and support project teams and conduct status checks with the customer to assess progress against plans and timelines to successfully meet engagement goals.</li><li>Prepare and present project status reports and assist in sales support interactions.</li></ul><h2>What You Will Need to Do/Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Familiar with current trends in healthcare, including value-based healthcare and population health management.</li><li>Knowledge of radiology economics, budgeting processes, and financial planning.</li><li>Engagement management, project/program management and/or consulting experience in a performance improvement environment.</li><li>Applied understanding of analytics and workflow optimization.</li><li>Strong oral and written presentation skills in customer environments; team and customer-oriented.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Willingness to learn about new software and hardware solutions as you will be working with latest technology.</li><li>Experience scanning on Siemens MRI systems, including experience with Dot Strategies.</li><li>Deep understanding of MR clinical workflows and associated processes.</li><li>Knowledge of MRI physics, artifacts, and MR signal semiology, including how sequences affect image quality, contrast, or acquisition time.</li><li>Experience with MR image quality improvement initiatives including quality control activities.</li></ul><h2>Required skills and qualifications</h2><ul><li>Imaging credentials for MR with a Bachelor\'s degree in a clinical healthcare-related field.</li><li>Advanced degree in a related business, management, communications, or clinical healthcare field preferred.</li><li>Minimum 8–10 years of combined clinical and management experience in a healthcare setting.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 60%.</li></ul><h2>Compensation & Benefits</h2><p>The pay range for this position is <b>$116,500 - $174,700</b> annually.
