THE ROLE: FloSports is seeking a full-time Manager, Scholastic Sports to lead partner success and operational execution across two of our most impactful scholastic software verticals: Track & Field / Cross Country and Wrestling. This is a newly created leadership role designed to unify strategy, raise service standards, and drive efficient delivery of software support to our scholastic partners — including state associations, coaches’ organizations, and event operators. You will directly manage the Client Success team supporting these sports, including both full-time staff and part-time/contract contributors. You’ll also serve as a key liaison between product, support, and leadership teams to ensure smooth planning and execution throughout each sport’s season. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and manage the Client Success team across Track/XC and Wrestling, ensuring timely and high-quality service for all partner needs • Oversee execution of seasonal workflows: registration setup, live results integration, postseason advancement, and partner communications • Establish performance standards and drive accountability across pods (response times, ticket resolution, partner satisfaction, etc.) • Unify strategy and messaging across state and scholastic partners who use multiple FloSports platforms • Coach and mentor Leads and Specialists within the pods to build scalable systems, documentation, and operational consistency • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues and propose enhancements • Monitor workload capacity and partner with leadership to right-size staffing during peak periods • Serve as an escalation point for high-priority or at-risk relationships KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Exceptional communication skills with proven experience managing external partners or clients • Strong working knowledge of either Track & Field, Cross Country, Wrestling — or multiple • Demonstrated leadership experience: coaching, managing, or developing direct reports • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution • High organizational awareness and comfort navigating fast-changing environments • Analytical mindset with comfort in setting, tracking, and reporting on KPIs • Commitment to service excellence and internal team growth BONUS POINTS: • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Operational Management roles • Familiarity with Trackwrestling, MileSplit, DirectAthletics, or similar event tech platforms • Experience with seasonal or event-driven work environments • Comfortable managing remote or distributed teams OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY: FloSports exists to elevate the communities, athletes, and sports that have too often been overlooked.
