The position is responsible for fulfilling a wide range of classification-related duties for DCT and will provide analysis and expert consultation to ensure the provision of market-competitive and internally equitable pay to attract and retain diverse talent for DCT.<br><br>In this role, you will provide complex job evaluation, analyses, and consultation to management. You will write formal classification determinations, conduct internal equity analyses to ensure pay parity among employees, and design and administer and/or participate in job classification studies and projects. You will also provide strategic planning and guidance to agency managers and supervisors on topics related to job classification including workforce planning.
