Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Church Children & Youth Director to lead and nurture the spiritual growth of our youngest congregation members. In this vital role, you will develop engaging programs and activities that foster faith, community, and personal development among children and teenagers. Duties

  • Design, plan, and implement age-appropriate faith-based programs, events, and activities for children and youth that align with the church’s mission and values
  • Lead weekly Bible studies, and prayer groups tailored to different age groups
  • Provide mentorship, spiritual guidance, and Christian mentorship to children and teenagers facing personal or emotional challenges
  • Coordinate outreach efforts to engage families and encourage participation in church activities
  • Organize special events such as retreats, camps, holiday celebrations, and community service projects
  • Collaborate with parents, volunteers, and church staff to ensure a supportive environment conducive to spiritual growth
  • Offer training and support for volunteer leaders working with children and youth, fostering leadership development within the ministry
