Key responsibilities Strategic leadership: Define and drive the architectural vision and strategy for an IoT platform and digital services or product deployed on top. Lead the development of innovative solutions integrating sensors, cloud technologies, and key partners providing part of the solution. Solution architecture: Design and develop comprehensive solutions for an IoT platform, from sensors, edge gateways, to cloud storage, AI, and end-user applications. Define functional, logical, and technical requirements for advanced IoT products, smart assets, smart city, fleet management, monitoring, and surveillance. Select, assess, and integrate with various enterprise systems. Product development: Lead the development of platform and product, ensuring quality standards for a product on the market. Oversee platform and application development for IoT platform and all services. Implement edge and cloud frameworks for new product development, leveraging AI, GenAI, and agentic solutions. Technical expertise: Utilize expertise in IoT technologies, communication protocols, and data integration. Develop IoT-based solutions using cloud services. Manage software and hardware requirements to provide comprehensive solutions. Vendor and client collaboration: Support relationships with key software vendors. Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions. Training and compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Stay updated with relevant training and certifications. Operational management: Manage day-to-day operations of products within the IoT platform and digital services domain. Provide support during regular hours and on-call duty. Your profile Degree in a relevant engineering field. At least 20 years of experience with leading service integration or software companies. Relevant certifications and training. Extensive experience in IoT platform, cloud, and digital services. Proven track record in product design, development, and delivery. Experience with IoT platforms and edge development. Strong architectural and functional definition skills for IoT solutions. People management experience. Deep Agile experience. Deep knowledge across our engineering practices, namely AI. Implementation and post-sales experience. Competencies • Delivery and governance: Technical delivery management, agile methodologies, stakeholder management, risk management, cross-functional team leadership, business process improvement, continuous improvement strategies, KPI tracking, and performance metrics. • Building automation: Experience with building automation product development. • Embedded product development: Governance for embedded system products development. • Technologies: Proficiency in programming, IoT and cloud platforms, embedded systems, industrial automation, and energy management.
